How can I leverage the Internet to benefit my business?
In today's rapidly advancing technology, there is a tendency to assume a common level of experience and shared language surrounding recent technology.  This assumption creates ineffective education and leaves some of us wondering what language is being spoken.  Ray Mills will cover internet basics and related technology from square one, in straight forward terms.  You will leave this session understanding the following: web pages, E-mail, search engines, instant messenger, targeting business via the internet, what kind of site you need, advertising online, do you need E-mail, what is an Internet and internet security (VPN).

Ray Mills has been working in the computer industry for over thirty years. He served in the US Navy for 23 years as a troubleshooter, advanced computer system analyst and senior programmer for the Navy's Special Project Office.  He has taught advanced computer analysis and programming for 8 years, receiving numerous awards including Chief of Technical Training Award for Training Excellence and Master Trainer.  Ray recognized a need for an association that would bring reliable computer information and support to small and medium sized businesses. Ray is published in online newsletters and Navy Information Technology periodicals.
